How does TRACK GENINUE work?
Consumers can enter the security pin online as printed on the Holographic Security Label. If the correct pin is entered, the page leads them to a page where a thank you message is displayed for supporting Kenwood products. For unsuccessful entries, the users will be requested to check and re-enter the pin again.

Online Step for Verification | ||
| Step 1 | Scratch off foil and PIN Number under scratch off foil |  |
| Step 2 | Key-in PIN. The system is designed to enable end users to verify their products purchased are genuine Kenwood products via WEB. |  |
| Step 3 | For successful match, the consumer will be informed that the item that they had purchased had been successfully registered with Kenwood |  |
| Step 4 | For end user reiterate key-in the same genuine pin, the system will display multiple entries message. |  |
| Step 5 | For unsuccessful match, it would probably be a non-Kenwood product; the end users will be asked to double check the PIN and try again. |  |
